Rose Mosse

Manager-Economic Immigration Lab

Rose is a process designer, a facilitator for social impact and a founding member of Transition Lab, a sustainability and change agency. She has a B.A. in International Development and Spanish from Dalhousie University, and a M.Sc. in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from the Blekinge Institute of Technology.

Having worked with diverse communities in Canada, Bolivia, Cuba, Honduras, Sweden, Germany and the UK, Rose works to create spaces that amplify unheard voices, cultivate compassion and incite action. She uses systems thinking, design thinking, Theory U and Art of Hosting methodologies to assess and design for purposeful change. She joins the NouLAB team as the Economic Immigration Lab Manager.

Rose is a natural facilitator and a maven of process and experience design. A lover of language and poetry, she has a fierce respect for the sacredness and power of words. She works to hold dynamic situations with a grounded and consistent energy in order to create space for what wants to emerge.
