Symone is responsible for managing all aspects of the Student Ambassador Program including the application process, orientation, programming, campus projects and the Youth Entrepreneurship Summit. She is responsible for communications with Student Ambassadors, marketing, as well for promotion of the SAP with post-secondary institutions in the Atlantic Region.

She was previously a Student Ambassador Assistant responsible for many initiatives focused on spreading the entrepreneurial mindset throughout New Brunswick as well as co-chairing YES Atlantic,  a regional youth entrepreneurship summit that promoted entrepreneurship as a career choice and inspired youth to turn their dreams in to a reality.  In addition to being an Intern, Symone served as a PDC Student Ambassador where she co-organized the Be-Your-Own-Boss event for post-secondary students in the Fredericton region, and was selected as the UNB Business Faculty's  Co-op Student of the Month.

Symone graduated from UNB with a BBA in the Spring of 2014 (Honours in Marketing). Just prior to before re-joining the PDC, Symone was a Co-Op Outreach Coordinator for the Faculty of Computer Science at UNB. Symone also has experience in marketing and communications for various industries.
